Project Delivery Strategy

DELIVERY METHODOLOGY

Assigning PM leads on the project with experience in luxury hospitality, ME projects and fit-out works is of paramount importance. With our background in companies such as Turner, Mace, AECOM and other global companies, we will have the resources and knowledge to assemble a World Class team.
Access to food, water and energy will be critical during the duration of the project. New Look will take the lead in ensuring that all local general requirements are planned, coordinated and managed efficiently. Client’s role in this is of greatest importance and we will rely on well organized support and infrastructure.
An efficient mobilization process will be key to “hit the road running”. With experience in delivering projects around the World, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, UAE, USA, UK, and Africa – we will be at the forefront of planning out mobilization from day one.
Modulor’s experience in general contracting, including possessing a recruitment centers across Asia, together with New Look’s support in all local requirements and crews, will allow for sufficient manpower to run the job. Specialist companies will be engaged for super luxury installation and oversight so as to ensure adequate care and handling of luxury imported goods.
The overall project schedule, as well as Program 8 Schedule, is not currently familiar to us and will be a major part of our site visit and interview process.
Design Development and BIM requirements are of highest industry standards. We will hire as subcontractor a highly specialized and robust team with significant international experience in design and BIM development, including LOD 500, as will be required for Facility Management purposes.
Another aspect where we will have a leading subcontractor to support us will be in satisfying LEED requirements, currently envisioned to be Platinum standard. The testing requirements of materials and lighting for this purpose will require a curated execution plan with several months preparation.
Interfacing with MEP and Structural contractors and consultants will be a critical aspect of RSG’s successful coordination of the overall project, and our group will provide all necessary support in this regards.
